I stopped into the store last week to buy a stake for my new garden flag. I could not find one but the general manager was very sweet, helpful, and went above and beyond. Because there were no more in stock, he offered me one that was being used for a display, even though it seemed it was the last one in the store at that time. I went in there yesterday evening (Thursday, December 17th, 2015) with a bolt and nut in my pocket that I needed to buy some similar extras of, for an automobile exhaust system. A Lowes sales associate came right up and helped me find exactly what I needed in an extremely gracious and helpful manner, and I could not be happier! Wish I knew his name so that I could recognize him by name! THANK YOU!

I was very disappointed in the store for charging me 18 dollars for a lead test for a carpet install. They tell you there's a possibility the installer can inhale led if the house was built before 1970 something. What about remodels done to those rooms nope doesn't matter. To top it off the installer never performed the test ... Hmm but they still charge you for it. Well the more you dwell on it the more you find out what's wrong we the test. I can go on for days complaining but I think you get the point.

Had the best experience at the site tonight Rick the Assistant Manager helped us with the purchase of our refrigerator and dishwasher. He was kind, patient, and worked with us all the way through checkout!! I still need to purchase a stove, I will definitely return to the store and hopefully we'll see him again!! Thanks so much for your great Customer Service!!!!

Kudos to Constantino DeVellis! After a frustrating experience with Home Depot, he made sure that the grill we wanted was special-ordered and will have it assembled and delivered to our house. I explained our situation, that my husband is disabled, that Home Depot wouldn't work with us, and we needed his help in making this possible. He was kind, understanding, and went out of his way for us. The customer service department was also very helpful. Thank you!!☺️
