Terrible customer service. Horrible contractors that they hire, sexually harassed customers , shady contractors who do not do their jobs correctly . Buyer beware. Lots of problems with hiring Lowe’s .
The man who "helped" me today was so rude, unhelpful, and dismissive of me that I left and went to Home Depot. I have stopped there many times, and have quite often found it difficult to get help. If i knew what i needed and could get it myself, no problem. But anytime I have needed assistance it has been like I am inconveniencing them.
I work for a competitor and I find myself purchasing at Lowe's more often than not. I find that what I need at the time is a better price and chose of delivery with of course the 5% off always helps. I just wanted to send something positive for a change, enough said, Thank you
Purchased an "IN STOCK" item on Monday to be installed. Today is Friday and still have not heard from installer. I am not happy.
Just got off the phone with Pete from mill work and he has got to be the rudest person ever!! You all are quick to take people's money for business but when it comes to customer service that is definitely not the way to handle clientele. Hope the quote for my doors are high that will give me plenty of reason not to use you!
