This Lowe’s has very poor customer service. The lighting fixtures were not priced correctly and when I pointed out the price difference an Associate was very rude and stated “he doesn’t argue” and then proceeds to talk with another Associate about me while I’m standing there. First and foremost I was not arguing with him, I only pointed out the price difference. This Lowe’s location will never again get my business.

A Lowes Home Improvement delivery truck from the Ludington store came to our realestate office to drop off some materials on August 4th, 2022. This has the been the worst service I have ever experienced. This has been a absolutely terrible.We ordered a washer and dryer from Lowes July 4th weekend. AWFUL customer service. I just purchased a washer/dryer and was told that Lowes has to install it to ensure that the warranty that we purchased is valid. The set was delivered and the delivery people told me they were scheduled for a garage delivery only (and showed me the directions they were given). Purchased a fridge it was dented and scratched. It’s been 9 days with multiple calls to the store and corporate and they still have NOT done anything to get the fridge replaced. Hours on hold with promises of calls back from management to still have nothing!!
This store has the worst customer service ever. I had stopped going there, but today I was in the area, I went in to buy three items. I have my Lowes credit cards loaded on my Google wallet. I have used Google wallet numerous times at Lowes everywhere, so I wasn't expecting a problem.
