Online order and pick up service is very poor. “Convenience” becomes a waste of time.
I ordered 1 entry door & 2 storm doors 5/15/2020 and still waiting to get the correct entry door installed. Gee don't you think 5 months is long enough 😂
I waited an extreme amount of time to me... 1 hour to get my door that had come in this week. Too long for all the people doing nothing. Also had to request help loading after a 500.00 purchase. Very disappointed!
Placed an online order revived the confirmation it was ready. When my husband walked in to pickup the order it was not ready and he had to go pull his own stuff. I called to speak with a manager while he was still inside to find out why this was happening I spoke with someone named Shawn saying he would try to figure it out and let me know and hung up never asked my phone number so he could call me back. Such awful customer service it’s truly sad.
I have to admit I hate going to Lowe’s most of the time because of their customer service. Today I am happy to admit I was blown away because they were phenomenal! I have never been to this actual location before but I will drive to shop here again!
Many associates walking past and not one would stop to help. This happens all the time. That seem to avoid you at all cost.
Helpful employees- I love shopping here BUT don’t try to buy big ticket items not on site. Inventory systems have are a wreck and customer service non existent. Great place to buy nuts and bolts!
Please know that if you buy a new washing machine from Lowe's and have it delivered that does not mean it will be installed properly(that's a paid service) Nor will they tell an 85 year old woman that it's pretty much just sitting there plugged up, the water isn't turned on(not their job) or drain isn't hooked up, and it's not going to work. They might as well have just sit it on the porch. Great customer service skills Lowe's....NOT!!!
I guess the workers don’t know the date. This was taken Nov 17 on the main aisle in the Hickory store! This is a really good place to shop however.
