Flooring department is awful! I ordered and paid for carpet 3/12/17 with a 30 day promised install. 3 bedrooms hallway and living room. All the same carpet color etc. They did half the job on May 19 and sent the wrong carpet to finish the job. Stairway left down to wood with tacks exposed. After 16 phone calls to corporate and broken promises the carpet was installed on 8/2/17. It was not the installer, Darren was great. I am giving an overall 5 for my years of experience with Lowes. I will say that today's rating was a solid 1. I converted a family member from the competitor across the street who purchased a dryer. He was told to pull up to the loading area and they would bring it out. I pulled up there and waited 15 minutes. Go inside and ask what was going on. Was told to go back out and they would bring it out. We're out there another 10 minutes, go back in and the dryer is sitting there on a cart. He's then told to wheel it out and some... read more

We were shopping for 2 new appliances. We looked @ Home Depot & Lowes. We talked to a manager @ Lowes about making a better deal than Home Depot. He thought about it for 2 minutes. Just a quick "no". Wonder why Lowes could care less about a $3,000 purchase? I also wonder if their Corporate office realizes they are losing deals because of this managers attitude & unwillingness to bargain! Thank you, "Home Depot" for not only a better deal, but also better customer service!

I had a wonderful salesman, Todd, he was great, he helped me with all of my purchases and even helped me with the ones that needed to be delivered. I really can't put into words how wonderful it was. I was across the street first and only got some attitude, I walked out. I am so glad I decided to stop at Lowe's, Johnstown PA. Thank you Todd and Brad, we will be back.

I made arrangements to have wall to wall carpeting installed on 2 floors of our house (2 of the rooms being 20×20). Someone was to call me within 3 to 4 days to set up a measurement date, 7 days later I called & asked if someone was still planning on calling to set up that date. I was told I would get a call back letting me know what was going on as to why I didn't get a call. We are going on 2 weeks now & I still didn't get a call, so obviously they have no intention of installing the carpet I ordered. So now I have to star... read more
