Very terrible customer service. We had three employees walk past me and my dad as we were struggling to get dry wall on our cart. And then when we asked where something was the guy acted like we were bothering him and just pointed to where it was. The cashier was very unpleasant too. I'll keep my business at Home Depot from here on out.
I will NOT return to this store for several reasons...3 seperate occasions in 1 month the employees were completely ignorant to me. Anytime there are items online that says they are available at the store...THEY AREN'T!! I've worked in customer service for years and would never treat someone the way they did to me.
This Lowe’s needs to realize that there is no law for wearing any type of mask. Mask wearing came out of Gov Wolfs mouth. Hes not a lawmaker, laws need to be voted in. We’re also not under marshal law, so you cannot make me or anyone wear a mask and threaten me with penalties under local laws. It’s not a law. When I get there I’ll call the police myself if you don’t let me in.

everytime I buy appliance they say one in stock then they go and look and say can't find it will order today they called and said found 1 it has a dent will have 2 order 1 it will be 3 weeks before I get my stove
I needed a special light bulb for my Angel. A very nice man tried to help us but he was from a different department. So. he found the guy from that department and he knew exactly what we needed. THANKS to them my Angel. is Beautiful again
I usually shop at Somerset Lowe’s but stopped at the Johnstown store today to get some deck stain mixed. The two young women at the paint desk were incredibly rude. They were too busy pointing to and making fun of a fellow employee. She was huffing while I tried to find the right color, and when she did get it mixed, she threw it on the counter and walked away and went back to talking and laughing about another employee.
