I shop at Lowe’s because of their Veterans’ discount, but their customer service has been terrible. I have five new in box faucets that do not fit my sink tops and they won’t allow me to exchange them for the correct ones even with a receipt. They overcharge at the register A LOT and today the cashier even seemed irritated by my military discount. I’ll be looking for a new store for my house remodeling needs.
Think twice on buying an appliance, they don’t have installation people or care. After 14 days we installed it ourselves. Very poor customer service. Rate 1 .
If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I'm sure there are nice employees here, but from the peons in the flooring department up through the managers at this location, their customer service is severely lacking, if not non-existent. They're not interested in fixing their mistakes which was evident by the fact that it took them 5 months to finish my job and that was after weekly calls from me ("we'll call you back," they said...) as well as a call to corporate.
