It was a joke...couldnt find any help then at last minute Chris came to the rescue to get me a piece of wood.
My experience at the store has been positive but the customer service (over the phone) and delivery has not been good at all. Waiting to get a call (I was I was supposed get a call between 7-8 am) for ET of delivery and never happened - after calling the store several times all I am getting are poor excuses. Not even an apology. At 11am and tired of calling I was told the delivery might be between 3 and 6pm. A whole morning wasted waiting for them.
Went looking to buy a new fridge... walked and looked up Jed fir over a hour...no one would wait on me so I left to shop elsewhere. Decided to give it one more try the next day(today),with the same lack of customer service. After walking around refrigerators and stoves for more than an hour... I left, and went to Best Buy, they greeted ma as soon as I came into the department.
Terrible customer service, waiting 3 weeks for a dishwasher and have gotten nothing but excuses and one employee blaming the other for problems.
Placed an order with the Philips highway store and when I went to pick it up the order was all screwed up. I got charged for things tjat were not pulled and things were substituted without asking me. Special ordered a sink. Never got called. When I followed up , it couldn't be located. I wasted an hour on the phone trying to figure out what happened. Worst customer service ever. Girl in plunbing looking for sink did call me back after sink was located and picked up. #NeverAgain
Wonderful experience. The customer service rep that took care of me was awesome.she explain everything to me and rung me up with a real smile.greatness is due to the Lowe's family-especially to the service rep .thank u for taking care of a future customer.
As long time loyal customers of Lowe's, we are extremely disappointed in how we are being treated with the lack of customer service and respect that we have received. We purchased a GE washer and dryer set from this store a year and a half ago with the extended warranty package. Our dryer stopped working a month ago so I called the Lowe's customer care and they gave me the contact information for the company that handles all the repairs through our warranty called, Best Servi...Continue Reading
