The employees at the Philips Hwy store are excellent. There are tons of people there to help. We were at home Depot earlier not one employee to help us left with nothing. Came to Lowe's at least 4 times this week and always someone to help plumbing, painting, and lumber.

it is VERY hard to find someone to help you if you are in the lumber department. They want to help the men and didn't have time for my 6 small pieces of lumber. Had to find someone in another department to force them to help. Just bad service everytime I've gone. phone calls are worse
They are understaffed, too slow for my needs.
Got my generator thanks a bunch
Not helpful at all. Instead of coming to speak to me, the manager on duty had an associate running messages back and forth to me. I have had flooring measurements done and some other projects to tackle, but was treated like a nuisance or inconvenience. I was literally prepared to spend thousands in the store tonight, but clearly I'm the only one that cares.
pushed the button for help on the blinds aisle..no response...2 trips to the customer service desk and 2 calls over the intercom for customer help on aisle 7...no response...left without purchase...
