Lowes will not back warranty of home improvement I have contacts and faxes for windows bought in 2006 with lifetime seal guarantee and because I have no cash register receipt they say. Sorry can’t help you�
Worst day. is it just me or those associates? Scary cashier and rude customer service. They did not even smile. O gosh, will not go there again....
I went to Lowes to get a grill that was on sale; that went without a hitch. I left with bathroom floor tile too! ANDRES was most helpful as he loaded the tile into my cart and took me to the customer service to correct the purchase price as the clearance price did not ring up... the RIDICULOUSLY low price will NOT allow me to complain *period*
CJ in the paint department is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He has helped us a couple times now and always takes the time to listen to our questions/needs and then helps us find what we need.
Had to return several sets of defective lights; did so with no problem. I should've tested them in the store (I didn't know you could do that until yesterday), but the Customer Service department made it easy. The gentleman who works in the lawn mower/outdoor BBQ area is very knowledgeable and made finding a few obscure things quite simple.
On Thursday the day before Veterans Day I went to Lowe's to make a small purchase of around $30. I showed the clerk my driver's license with veteran embossed on the back for my 10% discount. He told me they don't accept this photo ID card from the DMV, they only accept a photo ID from the Veterans Administration. I had to show my DD-214 from 1968 to get my driver's license to show that I was a veteran. This is the first time I used my photo ID driver's license with a verified veterans logo on it.
