Seems Lowe’s has no concern about COVId. Order some plants on line. Rcvd 2 emails, receipt and my order was ready for pick up. Pulled up to the garden center and showed them my receipt and ID. Associate said I had to go inside and sign for it !! What ?? Why can’t they just scan my receipt ?? I spent 20 minutes inside just trying to get approval to pick up what I had paid and ordered on line. Lowe’s needs to get with the times ! Lowe's in Ballwin always takes great care of us whether we have a big proje6or just need a light bulb. We won't go to any other home improvement store in our area.
First off one of the employees that works there now, will not leave me alone. She is antagonistic toward me. I have contacted corporate but they don’t seem to care because she continues to do it. Second, when submitting a rebate online it use to be 3 to 4 weeks tops to get it back. Now it is taking 6 weeks??? I could understand 6 weeks if you used snail mail, BUT with today’s technology it shouldn’t take this long. Third, TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER! Terrible experience buying a new $800 grill. I was called the day before delivery to confirm the appointment. I was told I’d get a phone call the morning of delivery. By 12:30 pm I had no phone call. I called the store and talked to someone that seemed irritated I was calling. I was also told at 12:30 they were loading my grill on a truck but could not give even a 2-3 hour range of when maybe it could be delivered. By 6:30 pm I had not been called and of course no grill.
