In June 2022 Lowe's of LKSTL installed a damaged dishwasher and has thus far refused to replace the unit several months later
I feel so sorry the return desk employee is trying her best to call for assistance and no one is showing up to assist. Not a single manager has come forward and there are 10 people in line waiting and growing. Typically this store isn’t such a problem but Debra is doing her best with no help and more people walking up. Not sure where the manager is but she needs help.

Our fridge just went out tonight. I am stuck at work and wife has the baby in bed (or trying to at least). We are both frantically trying to find a solution. The manager at the LSL store promised to get us a fridge delivered tomorrow. I cannot state how grateful I am for the thoughtfulness and willingness to help they showed. Big thumbs up to LSL Lowes.
Thank you for price matching several items that I had planned on getting from a competitor store. It saved me from a lot of jumping from store to store.
My husband I️ are in the process of building a deck and a fence, so have needed to make multiple trips into the store for things. I️ just wanted to thank Lowe’s and all of the employees at this location that we have worked with, as they have been extremely helpful, and have gone above and beyond to ensure that we find everything we need, especially those in the lumber department. We have had a fantastic experience, and will continue to shop with Lowe’s for all of our home projects. THANK YOU!
