I had the best experience with associate Marc today for tube sand and Dewalt tools. Very professional and walked with me through the store looking for items and even staying with me at checkout and helped load tube sand due to health issues. Very easy to talk to and actually had a lot in common with him. Keep up the good work.
Really disappointed in the customer service-or lack thereof-at the chesterfield Missouri store today. Was ready to purchase a replacement sliding door and front door and waited an hour for the profession installation guy who never returned. The girl at the check out near lumber could care less. She looked on after seeing us standing waiting with no offer to help. Same girl checked my friend and I both out and couldn't be bothered to put our items in bags.
