They just called me asking for $66 more for a $4k order over an error they made. I will be canceling that order if this is not fixed.
Their delivery service is currently pretty terrible. I scheduled a day from work to receive the order, and they never showed up and never called. I had to personally call them about 5 times throughout the day. Every time I called they had no clue what was going on with the order. They just kept telling me it would be there this afternoon, than that night, than they asked me to call the driver in the morning.
During checkout, Josh on register six 4/14/2018 huffed upon me walking up to his checkout register. He was unfriendly, and acted like it was a major inconvenience to do his job.
I gave this store 5 stars simply because lubes are on the end cap of aisle 69. I applause your humor, good sir or ma’am.
Where do I start, came into the store late on the evening where the labor sales were at the closing of the store that day. I knew exactly the two items I wanted, a new Kitchen Aid dishwasher and Kitchen Aid refrigerator. A gentleman named Mark was my sales person in appliances. The transaction with him that evening was fine no issues at all. Refrigerator was delivered twice with very large dents and the black was peeling off the front of the door. Delivery staff was very unprofessional and tried to hide the problems from us. Then we had a horrible time trying to get the damaged product picked back up. Thankfully a store nearby offered the same product at the same price and much better customer service. They will even deliver with the item still in its original packaging. Lowes may want to consider leaving items boxed up before having them loaded for delivery.
