Once again I was a victim of the Lowes, Roulette. Will they get it right,or fail. This time they failed. Again :( Thanks to the customer service hot line, they managed to pacify me for at least a week. Hint, IF YOU GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME< YOU WILL NOT EXPOSE YOUR ASSOCIATES TO THE PUBLIC BASHING!!!
We just had a dryer delivered. Very bad attitude and would not install the dryer. No one told us about the duct. Would not instAll the duct at all. Very unprofessional. Horrible. Never had a bad experience with others. What do older people do when they don't know how to install? Very SAD.
I just went to Lowe’s to pick up items for a Father’s Day present. I was outside trying to get bricks which were roped off. I went to the outside cashier Kat and waited while she checked people out before asking if she could call someone for help for me to which I got no response. More people showed up to be checked out so I waited again. Once she was done with the last customer I again asked if she could call someone for help. If i can give a half a star. I would. I went looking for a toilet earlier and the person was a dick to me. Learn some respect. Treat customers good. Not like garbage. You guys need change.
No one knows how to expedite an order ... need better training
Bought brand new fridge in February 2018 with 5 year service plan. Have had whirlpool here 3x. He can't fix it. Called service contract they said call Lowe's because their delivery people caused the problem. Lowe's calls me. Woman very very cocky. She said not their problem. Now on phone with store manager. Getting no where. So I have a new fridge. Can't use the water or have ice made and no one wants to fix it. I knew I should have gone sone where else from the start.
I don't think anyone in this store knows the meaning of good customer service. The incompetence I had to deal with just to get my order worth thousands of dollars delivered to MY house is completely unreal. Apparently reading the delivery address on an order is too difficult for them that they try to deliver your order to someone else's house!
