Lowes hazleton review... The worst shopping experience Ive ever had. Can not stress how poorly this store is run from there stock levels to rudeness of employees. Literally everything we get there is smashed, damaged or missing something. Employees are rude, dismissive, and down right ignorant. Forget about speaking to a manager, they apparently are too busy to speak to anyone and dont bother calling on the phone as no one ever answers the phone in any department!! Boards are terrible. We used them for projects in our business and we have been let down so many times . Customer service is terrible . Products are junk
customer service is horrible. I needed 4 foam boards to Finnish a project there was 1 damaged one on the shelf, went to front register Joey looked and said there are 63 in stock , I asked if he could page someone to find them. He said just walk around till you find the guy in the department so after several trips around the isle I did find him and told him the story and he said you only need 4. yes sorry that's what I need. after following him around. new refrigerator was to be delivered today..called to say there's a dent in it do we still want it? No ..ok 5-7 day wait..customer service will call. ok no call from customer service...weird thing is they did this to my mom 6 months ago and a friend of mine just 2 months ago..sounds like a running scam to me.
