We love the Lowes in Bee Cave! Everyone is so friendly and super helpful. They really take the time to help you find what you need & offer good advice.
I usually shop at Home Depot but Lowe's was closer today and they have cooler stuff. But their customer service is terrible. I know this because at least 8 employees walked past me and not a single one asked if they could assist me to find something. When I went to the desk there was a fella doing paperwork, he seemed put out that I interrupted his paperwork to ask him for assistance. I have found this store to be poorly managed and somewhat understaffed. I have been in there a couple of dozen times and I have more knowledge about the location of things than the employees who work there every day. My customers go there against my advice because it's convenient and that's really the only thing that keeps them open.
