Me sitting here waiting 30 minutes to check out on a $120 order. Your manger refused to cancel the transaction since the gift card was already used. I saw over 4 employees walk by and refuse to help and the cashier lied about being the manager. Over 25 people checked out and they refused me a discount and told me to leave the store and I wouldn’t be provided a cash refund. I could only get a gift card he wouldn’t verify worked. The worst store and customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered $4000 worth of interior doors in April and still don't have them. Lowes, the salespeople and management at this location have made every excuse under the sun, taken no responsibility and have zero follow through when they "promise" they'll get back to me. I can't even get through to the corporate office to file a complaint. Should've placed the order through Home Depot. Lesson learned. A few months ago we bought a Kobalt ratchet Item #337323 Model #85864. Clearly says on the label, and the Lowe's website, and the Kobalt website... "no hassle lifetime guarantee". So this weekend it broke. Took it to the Bee Cave store today to get the replacement. The store refused to replace it and we had to buy a second one for over $60. They recommend we contact Kobalt. Well it appears that Lowe's owns Kobalt so this is ridiculous. Kobalt website says just return it to the place of purchase for a no hassle replacement. T... read more

DO NOT EVER DO A KITCHEN REMODEL WITH LOWES! We started this process in February 2018 and it is mid August 2018 and still not finished. Lowe's and it's cabinet manufacturer Diamond has sent damaged and broken cabinets, the wrong color/stain of skin (for back of island cabinets), not enough crown molding and the wrong color of crown molding.
