Great customer service from Deb and Liz at the hardware section! I ordered a workbench online to be shipped to this store and they got in touch with me iniitally to inform me of a delivery delay. Further inquiry with the vendor revealed that the item I wanted was discontinued so they arranged to have the next model up shipped directly to my house, for the same cost. Outstanding communication! Courteous, timely, and very helpful. Couldn't be more pleased.
