I am so disgusted with Lowes right now. I stayed home yesterday for delivery. No show. No call. Called store. Said I would get it after one today. No show. No call. I called. My washer isn’t even on the truck. Won’t ever shop here again.
15 minute wait time only to see if an appliance was available for delivery next day. Worked with me at appliance section then told to me to go to customer service to complete order-would have been more time productive for both store & me to have transaction complete at one location. Sale prices are very good.

Very unhappy with lowe's, when they put something on clearance they need to make sure that all there cashiers are giving that price. I just bought some clearance plants along with some others and was charged the full price, now I could go back and try to get my money back. But its a waste of time and gas. Learned my lesson, have to watch them all the time, or just don't shop there.
So.... Replaced several windows in my house. First three went in fine. Last two had to be custom cut. Upon installation, they leaked out heat and brought in the cold air terribly. Very different from the ones I had previously installed. Requested Pella take a look at them (I'm confident in my installation), and the Lowes employee provided me the number for Pella support.... SURPRISE for me.... it was a phone sex line. Great. I don't think they're going to be of much help.
