I bought a brand new top of the line kitchen aid dishwasher. I was told a customer bought it and didn't like it and swapped it for a different model and it was in 100 condition including parts and my existing hoses and cords would fit. I got home and noticed parts missing. I preceeded to finish the installation the next night after having to go buy parts that weren't exchangeable from my old waser. I bought a new washer/dryer set! Received a faulty dryer! Instead of exchanging it with a new one, I was told that I HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER DRYER!! Then when they deliver the new one, they will exchange and refund the faulty dryer!! This is not very good customer service and ABSOLUTELY the last time I will make a purchase from Lowes. I will discourage anyone to do business with Lowes, unless you have $1000 laying around that you do not need for a couple of weeks!! SHAMEFUL!!!
Ordered a hood for a range and went to pick it up from the Turnersville, NJ store and was told it wasn’t there and at the Sicklerville, NJ store. I drove 40+ miles to pick up my purchase and left with nothing. Contacted the Sicklerville store and they were clueless as to why I received an email to go to the Turnersville store and not their store. Dear Lowes, your delivery service is the most unhelpful service ever! We purchased a washer on Thursday night. We called the store it was coming from on Friday morning. After numerous calls to the store that just rang and rang with no answer, when we finally got a person we were told there was nothing they could do at the store level as far as helping with a delivery time. So far have talked with six people about ordering a storage shed with installation. No one apparently knows a thing!
Went in with my mom and son to pick out a new dryer, not only was the guy helping us very knowledgeable, while my son and mom went to the bathroom my son fell out of the cart. no one’s fault but his own he tried to jump into my moms arms and she lost her balance and they both fell to the ground. Got a Christmas star for a Christmas present and it doesn’t work. Rhonda didn’t test it and refused to return it . While it wasn’t expensive it’s the point of the matter. Lowes has zero customer service. They would prefer to lose a customer over an 8 item .
