customer service are not very friendly nobody knows what they’re doing! I’ve tried giving this a chance more than a handful of times and I’m disappointed every time
Driver decided it was easier to leave a $5000.00 dollar computer sitting on my driveway in the rain instead of on my porch that's covered. With people at home waiting for them. They didn't ring the bell or anything... Thank God I have a good neighbor and a ring video doorbell or it would have gotten ruined in the down pour.
THANK YOU LOWE'S!!! I LOVE MY PURCHASE THIS MORNING!! And Thank You to THE CREW for being so HELPFUL!!
Ordering on line was impossible, I finally got my order in, but when I went to check, it still keeps telling me my password is wrong, they very password it excepted a few minutes ago, you should just shut down online ordering.
This review is not for this store but in general. They have a Waterloo tool chest for $50 online. BUT you can't get it anywhere. Called customer service they said there wasn't any anywhere. Question why is it on your website if you don't have them?
