Scratched my brand new vinyl floors on the install/take my old washer. Good lesson, if you feel like you could install your new washer yourself I would go ahead and do it. Like they always say, if you want something done right do it yourself. Even though DSI does this for their business. You would think they would have it down. Guess not. Lowes offered me 100$ off but thats kinda weak in my opinion since my new floors were much more than that.
I walked out of the appliance center today. After myself and other customers waited almost an hour to be able to purchase appliances, the associate was rude and unprofessional about my 1 year old playing with the balloons they had on display. We were about to purchase an entire appliance package but walked out after being treated so poorly. Never again.
My husband and I were racially discriminated against while shopping for new appliances for our new home. As we checked out spending over $3K the associate decides to ask in front of a packed line of customers if we were spending our stimulus check. We felt completely uncomfortable that she would fix her mouth to ask that. We are both young, educated, professional black men who work hard. Me and my 80 year old Mother do not appreciate being verbally abuse by an employee just for parking where I was getting 10 bags of dirt put in my car. Mr. Rex is an old man that should know by now how to talk to customers specially women. He abuse me and my Mother on a day we were so happy to work in our garden. poor phone customer service. running charge card for items before sign off and delivery. most phone confirmation. no delivery... 3 time this happened with this prder... never again with lowes.
I recommend Lowe's home improvement due to their great prices and customer service... plus I love how quiet it can be at times in that place... I get a chance to try and sing in public without getting so nervous that I totally blow it 😂😬
Helpful but slow staff. Found everything I needed online and pick up the order.
We just won $500 on their spring giveaway, they’re amazing!!!! Thank you Lowe’s!!! We love our new smoker!!! The staff was so helpful and nice, I highly recommend this store!
