Exceptional customer service today. I needed help retrieving a large and heavy object. Two Lowe's employees came to help and went above and beyond usual and customary procedure.
Looked for supplies, no help, normally they are very helpful, today, not so much.
Purchased shower base. Upon opening box, found a hole in the base where it should not have been. Called and talked with Dawn McSmith. She said she would order a replacement and to bring the damage one back when we pick up new base. Called multiple times checking on base. Nine days later it was found that she never ordered the replacement. If it had not been for Tammy Allen we would still be waiting. God Bless Tammy for her assistance.
I love Lowe's. Give me a blank check! The clerks are friendly, sharp knowledge, the store is never lacking in product and their lawn and garden area gears up for Fall weather beautifully!! Pumpkins galore!! Yep give me a blank check and make it to Lowe's.
Looking for some screws. Worker told me I had to move they needed to do something high on another aisle. Ya us pesky customers are in their way. Next store didn't think so.
