Curbside service seems to get worse each time. having to wait 30 to 45 minutes for them to bring order out......if you don't have enough staff to have prompt curbside service then don't have it.....

They suck. Waited an hour and half to buy ceiling fan and paid to have installed. They failed to put me on the list for installation. It’s not the first problem I have had with Lowes but forgot I would never go there again. Hopefully I will not forget again

I ordered a new Whirlpool refrigerator online, as it turned out, the processor for my Credit Card was down the day it was going to be charged to my account.
