Do not have Lowe’s, through them UHS, install flooring. They caused water damage, have will not take any responsibility in correcting. They removed the old flooring in the kitchen, but not the bath. The sleeve in the wax ring did not fit into the pipe properly. This cause water to leak, and they replaced the wax ring once. They refused to use the wax ring we purchased with the longer sleeve. I had great service in the lumber area from Alex and Justin today. I wasn't sure what I needed or wanted and they helped me figure out my sandbox project for my grandson.They were courteous and advised me to modify my project so it worked better for me and my budget. Anna also helped me by figuring out what hinges and handles I would need. She was very nice and polite and listened to what I needed and then helped me find it. my mom order rocks to delivered Aug 23. no driver. post poned until Sunday Aug 26. guess what no driver. how can a company that big have one driver. maybe stop sponsoring NASCAR and hire more people.

Sometimes good sometimes bad. Ordered a toilet November 3rd. Supposed to be in by the 9th. Checked in during Thanksgiving week. Still back ordered. Told them Home Depot could get them in one week. Waited another week. They said it was still back ordered. Called and talked to the manager. He called the manufacturer. They told him that they are in short supply. At least 5 weeks. Lol. Called Home Depot. Ordered 3 of them will be here by the 20 th of Dec. Just lost a 500.00 sale. Nice job Lowes. Get your act together.

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Lowes and A.O. Smith Hot water heaters. Thank you for taking an annoying, unfortunate situation and turning it into a huge hassle, bravo on your customer service delivery! We purchased and self-installed an electric water heater on November 13th, yes, that’s right last month and it has since failed. I generally like shopping at Lowes. I bought a Bolens push mower and in two months it stopped working. I get it happens. What don't get is the service plans. Instead of trying to fix the mower I just a new one in a box. If this one breaks they will service it. Ok. Another issue is the person my wife dealt with had to call the manager. The manager then had to call someone else because they did not know what to do with the service plan we bought. If your going to sell something please understand what to do with it.

As a customer, I see them bending over backwards to take care of the customers. If the lines are long, they will open a checkout n they all are friendly. As an new employee, they are all patient in training, all are very nice n helpful. Management team is right there from directing customers to ringing them out. Im very impressed with the Lowes team!
