Last summer we purchased a lawn mower from Lowe's and didn't add a warranty because we just didn't feel we would have issues with the mower. We used it three times and it croaked. After hundreds of great reviews I was really bummed because it seemed we had a lemon when we brought it out this spring. REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE,CLEAN, AND VERY HELPFUL EMPLOYEES.
One June the 6th of this year I purchased a Compressor that was on sale. They were out of stock. I paid for it and was issued a rain check. As of this date Aug 21 I have not received this purchase. Also they can not tell me when I will receive it.
I highly recommend this Lowe's! They have AWESOME customer service. They always help when you have questions. They do their very best to give the greatest customer service! Lowe's ROCKS!
