Last summer we purchased a lawn mower from Lowe's and didn't add a warranty because we just didn't feel we would have issues with the mower. We used it three times and it croaked. After hundreds of great reviews I was really bummed because it seemed we had a lemon when we brought it out this spring. I contacted Lowe's,which is the same Lowe's we always go to year round and they were able to look up the receipt and told us to bring it in for possible repairs. One June the 6th of this year I purchased a Compressor that was on sale. They were out of stock. I paid for it and was issued a rain check. As of this date Aug 21 I have not received this purchase. Also they can not tell me when I will receive it.

I highly recommend this Lowe's! They have AWESOME customer service. They always help when you have questions. They do their very best to give the greatest customer service! Lowe's ROCKS!
