Never going back again .No help finding my items could not get a answer fron anyone
We woke up to a broken refrigerator , we went to Home Depot as we live so close waited for about a 1/2 hr couldn't find anyone to help us So we went to lowes Pam was amazing !! Her costumer service was beyond excellent !! Not only did we buy a refrigerator we also bought a stove microwave & dishwasher and she made sure we got our refrigerator & stove by 5 pm !!! We will never step foot in Home Depot again !!! Even the delivery guys were great !!! Can't wait to get the rest of my new kitchen !!! Give Pam a raise !!!!
The customer service at the Zephyrhills Lowes has ( in my opinion) always been poor. I can never get anyone to help me when I go in for lumber. Yesterday I was there getting 2 1x6x10 boards and in the same isle was an employee helping a man put 3 sheets of plywood on his cart. He walked right past me, never acknowledging me. Then I had also purchased 9 wall brackets and a small can of stain. The cashier came around and scanned my boards and then took my word that I had 9 brackets. They are always helpful and friendly and we appreciate the fact that they give us a military discount it makes us feel appreciated
I dont think I've ever had such a horrible experience shopping. We bought 300.00 blinds and needed to have them cut. The girl helping us was terable, throwing things! Kept raising her voice, yelling just give me the numbers. At the end she told us that she just wanted to go back to her department. Finally after we had enough i hunted for someone else to finish the job.
