Bought a washer and dryer with the "free" next day deliver that we ended up being charged $80 for. All that they had scheduled to be delivered to us were the power cords for said washer and dryer. When our appliances didn't arrive in our time slot we called and they said we might get them tomorrow. We were offered no kind of compensation for anything. We do 100% of our home improvement business with Lowes but not anymore. Poor service.
Feel free to read my wife's review. This was easily the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Nicest staff!!! Everyone was very friendly and super helpful. Craig in plumbing was the best!
