bought a water heater And install paid it all now 4 days later I find out I need a permit. Have called numerous times today with no answer from the install people. tomorrow will be a week since I purchased it and still no hot water. Maybe a call from a lawyer might wake them up!
Purchased a range on 7/4 and was told it would be available 7/16, an inconvenience but, understandable. Then was called 7/16 and told it would not be available to deliver until 7/20. The 7/20 rolls around and I get a call "uh we were leaving to deliver your range and its got a dent on it, do you still want it?" So I call back and ask what we do since I do not want a damaged range and they tell me "Well we can have another one available to deliver 8/3" K What a joke because of course my card was charged 100% of the funds.
This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. This just happened to my husband “ I was just told to leave Lowe’s and not return because when I asked for military discount all I had was my military ID and not my DD214. So they threaten to call the police on me for stolen valor. They have permanently lost my business for good and Home Depot has now gained a new customer.”
Great customer service. I couldn't of ask for better help in answering my endless questions. Kyle and Becca in Millworks are awesome.
Apparently when you purchase a house full of appliances, EVERYTHING is special order. Because after two weeks, I'm getting one delivery that only accounts for 20% of my purchase. MAYBE I'll get other items in a week. Totally disgusted.
These guys should not be selling doors. sorely disappointed over the experience first you have to pay $45 just to have somebody come out to give you an estimate after driving out a second time I'm now told the they have to have a special kit and wanted me to come out a third time they were way more expensive than just calling somebody who does doors all the time and they were a complete waste of time.
