Used to be great. New management has no clue how to do their job. After a month of being without a dryer, we bought a new washer and dryer here. They deliver the wrong dryer and tell us we will be compensated once the new dryer comes. I here nothing for 2 weeks. Go to the store and now I'm told we don't compensate for this kind of thing. This is ridiculous. The dryer made it through three checks within the company plus the delivery guy and they couldn't tell it was the wrong model number. Love the customer service. There's actually staff available to help you. Can never find any help at Home Depot to ask a question and when you do, your questions are not found with adequate answers.
This store lacks customer service. I very disappointed. I will take my buisness and my money somewhere else.
