I have only good to say about the customer service at Lowes Vacaville. I am a widow with absolutely talent for doing things . Today both Kathryn and Damon were extremely helpful in the purchase of a weed eater that I could use . My husband and I always shopped here and got great help but now it is really needed and they met the challenge above and beyond . Got everything I need not all tore up like home depot
This is why I hate people that work in departments in any store. I went yesterday and I was walking down different departments and different isles and could not find a single person I had to page ppl for help. The whole point of being in a department is to be there when a customer needs you. That's why when I go I just tell people I will find what I need on my own.

2 weeks ago we bought a brand new refrigerator and 3 days ago it died. You offered a replacement...great! BUT we had to bring in the old one so we didn't have to pay for the new one and then wait for our money to be returned. The new one was supposed to be delivered this morning however, 2 guys show up in an unmarked truck wanting to pick up the old one and they didn't have our new one on the truck!!
