For the most part the store is good but every time I go to get paint it’s like know one knows what the heck they are doing and it takes forever and then they always have to call a manager to come help them. They definitely need to train the staff better in the paint department!
I love Lowes over Home Depot but everytine I buy the ooops paint I have to wait forever for a managers over-ride. Why not fix it somehow so that don't happen? It's horrible when people are behind you getting mad because you're making them wait. Yesterday I just told her to put it back.
Between Ben (manager), a sales associate, Tammy (returns) and Alyssa (returns), Lowes in Visalia (N. Demaree) took a very big problem (our newly installed Kohler sink was WARPED) and handled the situation professionally and expediently. We had a new sink ready to be picked up in 3 or 4 days, when the original one had taken a few weeks because it was special ordered. A whole-hearted THANK YOU to the awesome associates that made sure this family of 4 wasn't without a kitchen sink for too long.
Good, clean bathrooms, hahaha . I also had an enjoyable time walking around and looking at all the wonderful merchandise

Man I bought 2 8ft florescent lights and a small refrigerator from This Lowe's yesterday... The lights are missing allot of parts and the fridge is damaged.... Wth
