The delivery gentleman was very nice. He had trouble getting the fridge in through my door so he took the fridge doors off. He got the fridge in and. Noticed he had scratched it. He stated he reported it to lowes as delivery damage and that they would send me a new door. However I should call lowes to make sure they got the report. He also mentioned to run 1 gallon though the water dispenser. Upon doing this I noticed that it was chipped also. Had a bad experience there. Waited 30 minutes just to get 1 piece of wood cut. And then the associate told me all I had to do was press the help button. Well the help button was broken. 🤨

I tell the gentleman to cut it in half he was so proud of what he did he said he was dead on I think those things to educate on their rulers or their employees cuz it cost us money not them is Lowe's going to pay me a percentage for their mess up most likely not we see if we even get a response back
