BEWARE!!! TERRIBLE!! I bought kitchen cabinets and appliances and a laminate floor from Lowe's in September 2016, they have the most incompetent contractors and employees! The service is terrible! The cabinets are a year old and one door just fell off the hinge leaving a big hole now! There is no top management and once you pay and place the order there is no one to be in contact with. Horrible customer service. Went to this store last night looking for spring clamps. Asked a group of 3 employees who were goofing off in an aisle if they could help tell me where to look, two of them had no idea and the other sent me in the completely wrong direction. Next I asked an older employee who was extremely rude, told me he had no idea what I was talking about and was giving nasty looks during the entire conversation. I ended up finding them myself. I waited half an hour for a propane exchange on a night when the store was not busy. Absolutely unacceptable. How is this a proper way to do business?
I will never buy anything from this Lowes ever again. I bought a gazebo & patio set. I spent a considerable amount of money! It was supposed to be delivered today. But obviously it wasn't. When I called the store they tell me I'm not in their system with my phone number. How can I not be in your system when I received a phone call the day before, FROM YOUR STORE, reminding me that I have a delivery scheduled??!!
