Loose the apathy, non existent customer service, repeated phone calls never even answered by a human, a perpetual merry go round each time returning to initial recordings. Terrible Hoffa is not dead just waiting to get service. Sadly apathy is ruining a once great company. Now just horrible
RecommendedAlthough service was slow and product was damaged the workers were helpful in re-ordering. Not their fault management runs with a skeleton crewing.
You web site is very poor for searching for products. I searched for "laundry tray system" and "laundry tray pump" and "laundry pump" and get one or two pumps (no container) and really weird results, including coffee makers(?). I search the Internet for "laundry tray system" (the name on the flowtec system I wish to replace) and I get a lot. I spent over $6000 on wall-to-wall carpeting installed by Lowe's and in less than 3 years it has unsightly buckles all over! There is very little traffic as there are only two people living here! Lowe's claims no responsibility whatsoever and now I have to hire an independent contractor to try to remedy what was obviously a shoddy installation! We have always been loyal customers, but not anymore!
