I’ve had a broken down fridge for almost 2 months now. They have horrible warranty service. Save yourself a bunch of frustration and phone calls and buy from sears!!
I love lawn and garden
Was supposed to ha e a stove delivered yesterday. Called yesterday and said they screwed up the order and its aupposed to be here today. So I call again amd now they are saying they called 2 days ago to try and set up a new day for delivery. Which is complete bullshit. So now I have to go without a stove till Friday because they cant communicate amoung themselves.
Very horrible service when trying to get an appliance repaired. Bought a refrigerator 5 months ago brand new and won't cool or keep anything froze. If your gonna sell a product atleast stand behind it. 7 days and still don't have a working refrigerator.
Had to get new flooring in our living room but couldn't decide between laminate or carpet. Emily in the floors dept.at Lewistown, Pa was very helpful & patient with my many changes of mind. I finally decided on carpet which had to be ordered. She told me the whole process could take about 6-8 weeks. I ordered the carpet on July 22 & it was installed on Aug.18. It took the 2 installers about an hour to move furniture, remove old carpet, padding, all the staples & vacuum, install new carpet, padding, vacuum & put my furniture ... read more
Horrible experience. Employees in the appliance section didn't bother to wait on us so we approached them. They were clueless about their products. There was no one to help load the washer on the back of the truck.
