Bought a refrigerator 4 years ago and bought the extended warranty. 3 years into it the relay went out on the compressor. 4 years later( 3 weeks ago) the compressor went out. Contacted the warranty company and they sent Esh's out. Homeowners hands are tied because Esh's is the only approved repair person. Let me tell you about Esh's first thing they did is blow the charge of 5oz into the house (which is in violation of the clean air act) and grandsons where present. Since April we have been remodeling our house and we have been frequent shoppers at Lowes in Lewistown!! I love my Lowe's store! always friendly and helpful most times
Lowe’s Manager told me he would replace my broken washer with a brand new one and reissue my extended warranty for another 3 year. He was to call me back with the delivery date for my new washer... He instead called me back to advise he could not replace my washer or extend my warranty. Extremely disappointed!!! Very poor customer service to go back on your word...
Went to Lowe's today, knew what item I wanted. They didn't have it on the racks. Asked the employ if they had on stock. They didn't, they called warehouse. They couldn't even get it ordered to the store. Why have something on display if you can't get it.
