The garden Dept had a nice lady working Sat evening. Very helpful and friendly.
I stopped by Lowe's this evening to look for screw retainers for my bed frame that my movers misplaced. Without these, my bed could have collapsed. I didn't get the associates name but he was super helpful looking through little packages of screws trying to find what I needed. They didn't have exactly the same part but he gave me what he thought was the closest thing. I got home and they worked perfectly!!!! Thank you so much "guy who's name I didn't get" for being so helpful and for saving my bed from being damaged. �����
I have to admit, I work a this location so I may be a little bias, but we have an awesome team of people who go above and beyond to help our customers love where they live. They also work together, helping each other to make our work place enjoyable. Every now and then you will get a bad egg, but overall our team is awesome! Thank you to all those who shop with us and take the time to give us your positive feed back.

We are in the midst of kitchen remodel "nightmare" with Lowes !! If you are thinking of doing a remodel think twice before you go through this store . Piss poor management of multiple vendors , unorganized , no communication amongst departments , I have had to call numerous times to check status of items , scheduling headaches and have been on the phone with store management only to be told we will be delayed even longer because they have to redo things and get different vendors back out ... Lowes lost my business today. I have used them religiously over the years for all my hardware needs because they would honor expired offers. I made a large purchase today but did not have my card. I explained my situation and the cashier assured me I could come back with the receipt and card and they would honor it. Needless to say that was not the case. Vicki, the manager on duty was rude and demeaning to me. She was more willing to have me bring everything back than honor a 10% card. Home Depot you just earned a loyal cust... read more
We have purchased many "home improvements " from this Lowe's location. The installation department people have always gone above and beyond to get the job done right. We recently had granite countertops installed by Lowes and while we are pleased with the countertops, the back splash trim was cut on site ( should have been cut with a wet saw) and has some chipped edges. They are apparently unable to remedy this problem. ? Other than this problem we would rate their service 4 or 5 stars.
