Good place to work, awesome peopleย
I get wonderful service every single time I come here. People are pleasant and helpful. The place is located in a nice area where people are quick to complain about everything. I have seen some employees get yelled at customer service by a man who kept telling them how much he earns in a month. Im just happy that there is a store here and not have to commute all the way into Phoenix area. Its not hard to just show some courtesy and respect to people.ย
Service has deteriorated to a point where I really donโt want to buy here any longer. And yes, I talked to Dave Dixon, manager at Loweโs Lake Pleasant. He made so many promises. Today the microwave arrived later of course than expected but with no phone call to advise of the delay and guess what, itโs not the microwave I ordered. ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝย
I went in looking to purchase and have installed a kitchen faucet. My salesperson, John Wolfe in the Plumbing Dept made the purchase and all the necessary arrangements for the install. John explained the process and was professional and personable. If you need plumbing help in that store, go see John Wolfe.ย
I always get great service and quality products at Lowes. We have shopped her for years. We also had them replace all of the carpet in our home and it turned out beautiful. I can't thank them enough for their support in our community. We love the kids clinics. They let our Girl Scout troop sell cookies in front of their store this year. We are so grateful!ย
Purchased $4,000.00 in appliances and got crappy service. Still waiting for wall oven ordered 2 months ago. Nobody cares, their installers Round the Clock Plumbing are incompetent and can't even install a microwave. Don't go there, you will be sorry.ย
Got an AWSOME DEAL on a new dryer and 2 pedestal. Thanks so very much to Chad and Billy. You guys are the best!!!!ย
