I want to rave about our new kitchen that was designed by Michelle "Kat" Carlos of the South 40 store in Greensboro. Kat did a fantastic job designing the kitchen and made great suggestions about things to include and exclude, as well as offering cost saving measures. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Kat, we really appreciate your efforts on our behalf.
Horrible service in appliances tonight. I’m usually very happy with Lowe’s but the man that “helped” us with dishwashers had no idea what he was doing. He gave me wrong information on several dishwashers (this was my third time in the store looking at them), then when the web site said there were two in stock that I wanted, he proceeded to tell me he could not sell one to me because it was a display. I was at the Lowes store location on 1703 South Forty Dr, Greensboro, NC today 8-1-17 looking at carpet samples. I wanted to take a photo of the information on the back of the display sample. It would not stay in an upright position so I raised my knee to hold it while I took the picture. Employee "Mike" made the comment " Sir,don't put your foot on the carpet sample" which I had not done.
