Got a Christmas star for a Christmas present and it doesn’t work. Rhonda didn’t test it and refused to return it . While it wasn’t expensive it’s the point of the matter. Lowes has zero customer service. They would prefer to lose a customer over an 8 item .
RecommendedSo I went to Home Depot first to see what type of Tool boxes/chests they had. What they had was flimsy and I was going to buy it but when I went to talk to someone since it had a major dent in the front of it I couldn't get ahold of anyone when I was staring right at them. This store is not giving veterans the 10 percent discount
The only improvement I can see at this point is to close the store and possibly start all over again from the manager down. We placed an order on line in order to not need to go into the sore due to underlying medical conditions. We received the email that the order was ready for pick up so we went to get it. We pulled into the curb pick up parking space, called the number on the sign (no where on the recording did it ask for an extension number) and sat 20 minutes on hold.… See more

I know these are tough times with the pandemic, but I placed this order weeks ago and it was supposedly ready for pickup (4/1/20) was the delivery date. Arrived at customer service desk at noon and my stuff wasn't brought to me until 1pm and I had a friend with a larger vehicle meet me there when he should've been working. So, I felt bad having to make him wait. It was a big old mess there.
No cashiers only at customer service!!
Pretty disappointed.. to say the least. Drove almost an hour and a half to grab a fridge that was unavailable at any store close to my location, came home and immediately opened it to find that the box was a disaster for a reason. The fridge was remarkably bent and I had asked if they were aware as to why they said that it could’ve been because of the straps. Unbelievable.
