On June 15 bought a Samsung 4 door refridgaerator/Freezer. On June 16 refridgerator/freezer was deliver & Installed. On June 18 the freezer stopped working. On the phone with Lowes/Assurant/Samsung. Spoke to LOWES for 2 days; (Boca Raton GM / Lowes Distrubution Center / Lowes Corp). The following was not explained to me at the time of purchase, but after the Appliance broke down. The Lodi Lowes keeps getting worse everytime i go in that store today i prepaid for a propane tank was told the on duty manager would be right out 25 minutes later the cashier finally came out to assist me an then the duty manager came and i displayed my frustation her comment was have a good day guess its time to try Home Depot
I'm a Lowes shopper for decades and shopping in this very specific store in Little Elm for ~6 years now. Tonight, i went to get some pool supplies and was surprised by many, and i mean in the hundreds of rats from floor to ceiling in the stashed boxes in the garden section and pool supplies section. I wish I had checked Facebook and other review sites before we tried to buy a new clothes washer and dryer set from Lowe's. This company is *totally* FUBAR!! Unfortunately, we ordered a new clothes washer and dryer set from the Lowe's in Keller, TX last Thursday. The Friday evening before our washer/dryer were supposed to be delivered, I received a phone call from a computer telling me our items would be delivered between 4 pm and 8 pm on Saturday. I’m not sure what is going on with the Lowe’s stores in Orlando, but every experience is horrible. My order I placed online for a delivery (set for Saturday 5-27-23) from the Sand Lake location had 3 cases of missing tile. Someone was supposed to reach out to me for update on when they would be delivered. After a few days, I put in a ticket online #09366035. I was assured someone would contact me within 24 hours. Worst store on earth. Today not a SINGLE checker was there and two or more of the check check out registers were out of order to top it off out of frustration i said. I'm about to leave this stuff (mixed paint items over a hundred dollars worth) here. The scraggly attendant who looked very stoned said Ok sir have a nice day. Rotten customer service, Daniel was spiteful and the opposite of helpful. Terrible management
Never ever buy cabinets from Lowe's. Terrible experience! Wrong measurements, no-show on delivery, no call back. Worst experience ever:(
