Spent over an hour trying to call the store and let it ring for 15 min not one person answered the phone anytime I called in that hour! If the children would spend less time posting pictures on Snapchat and do some work maybe you wouldn’t have angry customers
I made a purchase, had to wait for it to come in, never received a phone call letting me know it was in. Finally I called the store, was on hold for 15 minutes while I was being transferred from one department to another, when I was finally able to talk to someone about my item. Made arrangements for my friend to pick up the item since he was in Perrysburg. Lowe's then gave him the run around. What a pain for me and my friend.

Management needs trained So they can re-train their employees. The only people I found the only ones to be pleasant are the ones that answer your customer service calls. This rating should be a 0. I would like to see Lowes gone and Menards added in that location. They are happy to take your money but they don't hold out their end of the service.
Went in looking for a part for a chair that broke. Asked a worker for help but it wasn’t his section so he paged someone. No one came to help. Went up to customer service and she goes I’ll page someone to aisle 1 to help you. Went over there to wait and no one came. Left my cart and walked out.
