Needed part for big tiller I bought there, the department employee told me Lowe's is not a parts store and I need to order from manufacturer. Never will buy anything again from the south Lebanon store.

Went looking for pine boards, and it was a waist of time. Warped, scuffed scrap is all I ever see there. Found nice looking boards in the Mason store.

Had carpet to be installed on monday may 16th its now Tuesday at 2 pm and still no one here to install carpet was told the best available time was Wednesday for there next appointment..buyers be ware of Lowe's
We purchased carpet for our basement at the end of October. While vacuuming last night the vacuum caught a loose edge of carpet left in a badly put together seam. I called Lowes and Josh in the flooring department said since it is Berber that can happen and there is nothing they can do. So beware of carpet from Lowes. Inferior product, inferior installing and they will not stand behind their product.
