The customer service is the worse I have ever seen
I like coming to this Lowe’s to “rescue” plants. The manager seems so happy to cut me nice discounts on their struggling/dying plants and was even nice enough to thank me for saving them haha. Here’s a peace lily I rehabbed from Lowe’s! I will also say though that one worker was also very plant knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. I can’t remember if it was the same manager or a different guy but whoever he was he was great
So Lily made a friend with the garden manager at Lowe’s a while back, Eddie! With the Coronapocalypse, it’s been a while since we’ve seen him We stopped in there tonight because I needed plant “stuff”. No sooner then I reminded Lily of social distancing , we heard a loud happy voice,”LILY”! As soon as she saw her buddy, social distancing went right out the window as she leaped 2ft for that long overdue bear hug. Any who, Eddie “borrowed” Lily for a little project. great job w the checkout system, line moved fast and everything was cleaned between each customer!
After we asked for assistance and we waited for 35 minutes to get help with getting a couple vanities, still no help. Finally we were able to load them ourselves when the guy walked over to us and said “looks like you managed”. My husband then asked him a question and he was extremely rude when answering. THEN we went to the paint counter and had to wait another 30 minutes and there was one person in front of us. He again was not pleasant.
