She called me yesterday and let me know that she had received the plant. I told I would be in that day to pick it up. When I got to Lowe's I asked for Kate. Unlike at the home depot down the road, all customers inside wear masks . When I’m in the area I will shop here
1st. Change your employee's attitude. If I come in to complain about a missing dryer from two big ticket purchases, don't treat me like I want to return a $7 screw driver. 2. If you say you are going to deliver an appliance, come through and deliver. Almost going on three weeks, still no dryer. For all of those reading this, you have been warned. Go somewhere else to buy your appliances. IF MY DRYER IS NOT DELIVERED TOMORROW. EXPECT ME TO GET A REFUND.
No human checkers available, plenty of people milling around including a couple managers. No eye contact, no “may I help you”, just a snide “you’re welcome” from a manager as I left my cart behind on the way out.
Never using Lowe’s again. Very hard to get a timeline on delivery of our door. Lowe’s had it set up on the wrong day. Finally confirmed it would be delivered today. Waited through the 4-hour window, no door. Called and they never loaded it on the truck. Such a waste of time.
Couple of reasons. But the latest is when buying bolts. Why do you not supply any size bigger than 1.25” with complete threads? Why supply bolts with only 1/3rd threaded? It’s pushes customers elsewhere. To your competitors. Other thing, and it’s not because I didn’t get the job(S). Why are you so short staffed? Your own employees know they need help. My 18 month promotion only lasted 6 months and was charged interest. I didn’t notice for several months thinking I had time. Of course there is nothing they can do. So now being charged full interest on my purchase. How convenient. Be careful from this store and I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THESE CROOKS.
No assistance anywhere! I walked around for about an hour needing help with grills and nothing so I didn't buy one!
