I have to acknowledge the recent exceptional experience I had with Lowes, Plainville.......I had purchased a washing machine for my sister. Sadly, just 3 weeks later my sister passed away. I inquired at the service desk if there was any way they would take the washer back. After checking with management, I was told they would in fact come and pick the machine up and give me a complete refund (and they did)......I have to tell you, it brought a tear to my eye at a very sad time. Thank you Lowes!....that was a class act:)
My remodeled kitchen turned out beautifully.
