Don't ever order carpet from this store, it's been 2 months since I ordered and payed in full and I still have no answer where my carpet is. Their customer service is terrible , basically they "yes" and "I understand you" to death. But they don't care at all. I have had my furniture in storage 2 months because of them. Their whole flooring department is incompetent. I guess I should have gone to an independent carpet company. Lesson learned! My problem is with this particular Lowes (Flooring department) to be clear.
Severely understaffed. Trying to get someone to help you retrieve an item off a shelf or God forbid find an item that you ordered and should be ready for pickup. And dont get me started on only one cashier lane open.
Everyone we dealt with very helpful. Bought carpeting to be installed explained the different carpets help us make an very could purchase.
The people, especially the team in lumber, specifically Herve Rondeau and Robert Daigle provide exceptional customer service. They both are extremely attentive and always willing to go the extra mile. Kudos to the both of them - they're keepers!
Best Lowes in all of New England maybe the entire country, will always shop here!!!
sold me a dead battery didn't understand core charges so I lost that won't see me in that store ever!
I had lost all hope with trying to my washer machine delivered by Lowes as there was some confusion on the delivery date and when I rescheduled the Lowe's employee didn't enter in the new date into the system. "Oops just happened to forget the cost of the carpet in our quote." You have got to be kidding. And, they did not do anything in compensation.
