Been waiting for a decking delivery that I was originally told would be delivered Thursday...called every day since then and told it would be delivered that day! It's Sunday and STILL no delivery! AND the manager can't even give me a reason WHY!
Paul in the N. Attleboro appliance department knows his stock inside and out. Our fridge died while we were away and needed something new, quickly. He could have sold us a special order, big $$ fridge for our narrow space. Instead he found us a great fridge at a fantastic price. In stock and being delivered tomorrow. I hope Lowe's does something to recognize this valuable employee.
We bought a garage door from you. It was delivered 3 weeks early via an "installer" in a pick-up truck. Some of the parts were not in boxes, but in plastic. My husband, a prior construction supervisor, has been trying for 2 weeks to put this door up. Today we realize the door is not the right door, it's a door that lowes does not even sell. So, clearly the "installer" who delivered it, switched the door. So, your installer stole our door and now you want us to remove this wrong door and return it to get the correct one.
